We are a 5th generation family, taking pride in providing quality products since 1889! For over 135 years we have smoked our own meats traditionally still doing so over an open hickory real wood fire. We now offer a variety of smoked beef and pork products along with smoked cheese as well.Please visit and select your favorite things to add to your custom gift box! If you do not need a box, we will have individual items that make the perfect stocking stuffer!!

We recently launched a shelf stable line of products this summer. 2pk beef snack sticks in 8 unique flavors: BBQ, Original, Teriyaki, Chorizo, Black Pepper, Ghost Pepper, Spicy & Chesapeake. We have 4 flavors of beef jerky.
