Meet your new customers at the Pennsylvania Christmas & Gift Show. Energetic shoppers attend the festive marketplace annually to meet with vendors offering holiday decor, apparel, jewelry, toys, gourmet treats and more!

The Pennsylvania Christmas & Gift Show features vendors who offer a wide variety of high-quality gifts for the holiday season.

2025 Booth Rates

This show has three halls: Giant Hall (first hall), Equine Arena (second hall), and North Hall (third hall). We also book booths in the Lower Spine which is the large connector hallway to get to all the halls and then again to get back to the main Exit/Shuttle pick up.

Giant Hall Pricing:

10x10: $1,008

10x15: $1,473.50

10x20: $1,937

** The Equine Arena is a dirt arena that we rake and carpet to make into an event space. (Similar to Great American Outdoor Show, if familiar). These booths receive carpet flooring and 2’ of storage behind their booth to be shared with your neighbor is included.  This hall is hand cart/carry ONLY for move in.

North Hall Pricing:

10x10: $978

10x15: $1,427.50

10x20: $1,877

**North Hall - Are you a maker? Ask me about our handmade market in North Hall to see if you’d be a good fit. We have a limited number of 8x8 booths at a discounted rate in this hall. This area is reserved for handmade / artisan products ONLY and must be approved by staff to be in this area. 8x8 spaces are $591.

Other things to consider:

- Additional storage is available. $50 for a 5x10. Locations vary for different halls based on availability. If in the Equine Arena, 2’ is provided behind your booth to share with you neighbor behind you.

- Above pricing does not include electric or parking. Electric is $125 if ordered by 10/31. Parking is $40 for a 5-day pass or $8 for a 1-day pass. Passes are only required for show days (not move in). You cannot buy passes onsite- they must be pre-ordered by the 10/31 cutoff.

- All booths are required to have flooring and holiday decor. If booking in Equine Arena, flooring is provided. See vendor kit for details.

- We do offer payment plans- low monthly payments, 50/50 split or payment in full.
